I painted Early COVID mid-March. The art class I participate in on Thursday evenings (now on Zoom), was given a “feelings” challenge and this is the result, abstract and multilayered.
I have been working on The Garden off and on for about a month (mostly off - it has been a busy time at GTU). The painting is a loose rendition of part of my front yard, a space filled with flowers and shrubs with a wandering dry creek bed. When work at GTU meant going away from the house, I loved coming home to it. And now it’s fun to see neighbors stop and enjoy.
